  • Quickbooks Desktop Deposit Summary Report

    I am trying to create a Report of a Deposit Summary that lists not just the Customer name but also the Job names in the Report. Anyone know how to create this in QB Desktop 2019?

      Sometimes one can generated the report one wants by editing what QuickBooks already has for you:
      • Select Reports from the top (or side) menu bar.
      • Select Banking.
      • Select the Deposit Detail report.
      • Select Customize Report.
      • Select Filters.
      • Select Job Type. (Notice that the drop down list gives the options open to you, which you can modify as desired).
      • Either select All or select the particular job(s) you are interested in.
