I am using QBP 99. I am wanting to set up a budget for this year (2002). We never were able to meet the budget as set last year (2001) so I would like to just use the same figures again this year for our budgeting goals.
Is there a simple way of just transferring all the budget info I had in there for year 2001 to become my budget figures for year 2002? I don't want to have to enter all the numbers again if they are just going to be the same as last year's.
Thanks for any help I can get. Hopefully this is so simple I'm just overlooking the obvious.

I don't know if this will apply to your version

Copying a budget to a new year

1 Got ot "File menu\Utilities\Export" then Export IIF files. choose Budgets.
2 Enter a filename (like budget.iif). It must have an .IIF extension.
3 Open the budget.iif file with a spreadsheet editor, like MS Excel.
4 Change the year in the column called STARTDATE.
      5 Save the changes.
6 Go to "File menu\Utilities\Import" then Import IIF files. Select the budget.iif file in which you changed the date.

      I hope this helps
