  • US Postal - unable to send packages

    I am unable to use the QB Shipping Manager to send US Postal Service packages. When I am ready to ship (from the Invoice screen) I click on the SHIP box and then SHIP USPS PACKAGE. The fields are all filled in as expected, I type in what I need to type in, and when I try to process the shipment I get a message as follows:

    stamps.com returned an error: Unable to download label from stamps.com. Check your internet connection, disable personal firewall and try again.

    I am on QB Enterprise. We have been using this feature for years without issues. I have disabled my firewall and tried it, upgraded my Adobe Reader, applied all updates....you name it and I have tried it. I am open to all suggestions. Thank you.
