  • Outlook not working

    When trying to send a document using email we get a message that Outlook cannot log on.Microsoft Exchange information service is missing required information. No QB users are able to send by email now. This just changed a few days ago and we can not find a reason for the change or a fix. Any suggestions on correcting this problem?

    Our Outlook is now working. We applied no fixes.

      Have you checked the version number of the QuickBooks and Outlook app that you use?
      Try using Outlook client that is old enough to be used with the version of QuickBooks you use.
      So, for instance, if you use QuickBooks 2016 then ensure that outlook client you use is the version older than its 2016 version.
      That would help you to integrate Outlook with QuickBooks and would give you no problems.
