Angry inetclnt.dll file missing

I recently had major hard drive problems. When I put my hard drive back in place (containing my Quickbooks program), I got an error message telling me that the inetclnt.dll file is missing. Where can I get this file so that I can be up and running again?

I believe this is an Intuit file. You will need to reinstall the QB program. You can install over itself. See this link:
