Creating Specific Date Range Backup

I would like to create a backup copy of a specific years (2001) data (for a tax audit) without giving the auditor all previous and subsequent years data also. Is there a way to accomplish this in QB 2002 Pro? They are requesting a backup copy or an accountant's copy of the disk.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Vince B
I believe there is no way that QB can do a date range specific back-up.
You don't say why you want to give this but as an accountant I would not agree to do a tax audit with just one year's data.
