QuickBooks Employee Organizer
Has anyone used this yet? The one thing I don't like about the time sheet for QB is that when I take a crew of employees to a job and we all work the same amount of time I have to go thur each employees one at a time to enter the time for the days work. Is there a way to choose a list of employees and record the hours worked for that day all at once in 2004 QB Pro? Would purchasing the new QuickBooks Employee Organizer give me that option? I could save a loy of time with the ability to record the time worked for groups of employees all at once.

Unless I am missing something, it appears that QB Organizer doesn't affect the payroll computations or entry at all. It added a few more fields for more detailed info on each employee and has access to employee regulations, but didn't add any good features to the actual payroll process. i am disappointed with it in light of the excessive cost.
