QB integration with Jobboss

We are using QuickBooks 2004 Premier Manufacturing and Jobboss manufacturing software. I am trying to integrate the two. I have the two communicating but I have a couple of problems. When a PO is received in Jobboss QuickBooks generates a debit and a credit both at the same time for the PO received. The other problem is employee times are not being imported into QuickBooks. I have been on Jobbosses website but haven't had any success as of yet. I am hoping that a member of this forum can help me.
