re-format letter landscape report to legal sized landscape

An existing inherited letter-sized landscape report has several columns; the final two columns printout on a second page. How do I convert the report to legal size landscape report so all columns print on one page? thanks so much...drsmartha

You should be able to bring it up on screen and click the Print button at the top. If it has an Orientation section check the Landscape and if it has the Fit Report To section enter a 1 before the pages(s) wide wording. That will make it landscape to fit on 1 page. You can also change the paper size by clicking the Options button and clicking the paper size box's arrow and selecting Legal. Use the Print Preview button to see how it's going to look before printing it.
