Need advice with on-line back up services

Anyone using QuickBooks on-line back up service? From all that I've read, Intuit seems to be partnered with Connected providing identical back-up service for a couple dollars less per month (like for like monthly plans). What I'm looking for is the initial back up of 1 Gig of miscellaneous Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks files, with typical (updated) daily back-ups of about 20 files totaling 10 MB.

Getting back on track,...what I can't determine is while Connected retains the 10 most recent versions of a file (up to 90 days), there is no mention of such a policy if signing up with Intuit. Also, if a file hasn't changed in 90 days, does the file get deleted from storage?
