Can QuickBooks compare multiple companies on reports or can you do a batch print for all companies? For example, if I wanted a Profit/Loss statement for all my different companies could I press print one time and statements print for all the companies or do I have to bring up each company and get the statement for each company?

Bring up each company and create a P&L. Click on the Excel button and combine the statements in Excel.
