Exclamation payroll download problem
i have quickbooks basic 2002 and when i try update payroll tax tables the program gets stuck with the payroll service window showing the "validating subscription" forever.

anyone got any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?

fixed it
i'm not THAT dumb. my firewall was preventing communication. i disabled it temporarily, downloaded the update, and re-enabled it. worked fine.
