ESC Service Dispatch Software

FYI:

I have recently worked with the application called
"ESC Dispatch Software" made by "Coastal Computers"

Their software allows for Invoicing of dispatch calls, and then the
information is exported to QuickBooks. (Other capabilities are also
built-in, such as PO's and Inventory Tracking.) This software is used
prodominately by the Air Conditioning Business, but any "dispatch"
service applies.. another add-on, that users might purchase, includes
Flat-rate pricing Software, that keeps tech's quotes in sync with
management.

Their QuickBooks interface routine, can be run anytime of the day,
and A/R Balances are updated on the technicians pda device, as well
as with the dispatch staff.. I have found the interface to be easy to
use, QuickBooks friendly, and commonly not used..
