Sales Tax Rounding Off Differance

My Sales Tax Liability Came To 3712.60. Of Course When Doing Taxes You Round It Up. So When I Go To The "Pay Sales Tax" function and tell it to write the check for 3712.00, it leaves .60 cents behind. I tried to to a Journal Entry to take it out of the Sales Tax account we use to charge sales Tax but it won't let me. It will let me pay it if I want but then it deducts it from my checking account and I am off there. When I do the Journal Entry, it stills shows as being due when I run the "Sales Tax Liability" report. What am I doing wrong. There should be an easy way to get it to balance back out so it shows I owe zero.
Thanks!!!
