QB32.exe has generated errors

Here's the error message: "QB32.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. An error log is being generated." This error occurs when I open invoices and begin viewing them using the previous/next tabs. When I get to certain invoices using the previous tab, I get the error message when I leave a certain invoice. If I get to that invoice, and don't press "Previous" but leave it by pressing "Next", my program does not crash. Also, I can use "Find" to go to an invoice and when I leave the invoice my program crashes. If the problem only occured on one particular invoice, I could maybe delete and reenter that particular invoice. However, the problem occurs quite often now. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary to cause the problem (I hope). Also I have used the utility program to rebuild my data but that effort has not helped. Can anyone out there in QB Users.com help me out? I hope so. Thanks in advance!

It could be a corrupted data file that rebuild can't fix. You could try temporarily restoring a pre-problem backup and seeing if the problem exists with that data.

If you need your data repaired, more info. on that is here.

The Template for that invoice is probably damaged. You will have to probably delete the bad invoices through the A/R register and then reenter them using a new undamaged template.
