How to import Item List with 'Purch Tax Code'

Quickbooks 2010 R3
I exported Item List (IIF) and imported it to a new company file.
Everything went ok except the 'Purch Tax Code' column under Purchase Information is blank. It should be 'S'. Anyway I can make this happen?

I check the iif header, the only one looks like tax related is 'SALESTAXCODE'.
