Quickbooks 2012 problem
I have downloaded the latest version of Quickbooks and began to set it up on a MacBook using osx 10.6.8. When I try to configure the tool bar QB quits the computer screen goes blank for several seconds before the background picture and the icons come back on the home screen. I called customer service, they had me uninstall QB and reinstall it and the same problem happen again where upon we got "disconnected" in the middle of my asking a question. They did not call me back (even though they verify phone numbers and email "for my security) Any ideas?

Check for and install all updates, the latest R6.
