Inventory report to catch bought but not sold stock

Hi, I'm doing another end of quarter audit by manually going through inventory and checking for things showing in inventory, that I know are not physicly in my stock room. I have again found a few expensive stock items that I have bought (using PO) and paid for and shipped to a client, but notinvoiced them for it. I coudl do an inventory report to catch these, but we have a lot of dead stock that take up 99% of the report (small cables e.t.c that are worthless). Is there an easy to create report aht basicly is stock that I bought, but did not sell for the past 3/6/12 months?

Thanks in advance.

You could try using the Inventory Valuation Detail report and then filter it and for Items choose Selected and then check the ones you are interested in.

It sounds like you should be using the 'Billable' column on purchase order item lines, then you can have an Unbilled Costs by Job report to look at regularly and 'mop up'.
