Custom Time Report?

I have entered time and examined the "canned" time by job reports. There is a level of subtotals that I wish to remove.

Went to "Custom Transaction Reports" and cannot find a way to select this type of data. All the income and expense categories are there - just no emplloyee time records.

Also, I note that on these canned job/time reports, there appears to be no option to display/print the $$$ associated with time. Each entry certainly has a billable value associated with them, why is that valuable not available on the reports?
