Grouping Customer Balance Detail by Account (need help)

Hi good day!

I just want to know on how to total by account or group by account on customer balance detail report of a selected customer..

I would like to achieve a report just like the attacment (pls download).That report was created with QB Premier 2002..but i need to achieve the same report in Enterprise 8 or 10.
