deleting a Transfer of Funds

I erroneously entered a funds transfer twice, using Banking/Transfer Funds. How can I delete the extra entry?

Thank you,
Carolyn

Depending on when you made the error and when you found it.

The best way in all circumstances is to enter a reverse transaction making a note in memo what you are doing.

During reconcile you can clear both transaction entries.

Open/edit the entry in the bank register and then delete it.

One advantage QB has for an accountant is that it lets us 'Delete' transactions. One disadvantage QB has to us accountants is that it lets our clients 'Delete' transactions.

With that, you need to enter a reverse of the transaction and clear them both.
