Time and Expense Add-on

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on which time and expense add-on they may be using?

We are a consulting company (30+ employees) looking to add-on to QB to eliminate the need to re-enter time and expenses into Qb. I've found a few on the Intuit marketplace.

The 3 that look to be the "best" (according to the ratings) are:

Virtual Time and Expense
BigTime - Time and Billing
BQ 2010

If anyone has any experience with these products I would love to hear what you think. If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate those as well.

We are currently on QB PRO 2008.

Thanks in advance for your help/comments

Lori

TimeLedger

There are many different Time and Expense software out there, I have found that TimeLedger(dot)com is very effective and cheap. (www.TimeLedger.com)

Why not ProOnGo?

ProOnGo offers time tracking, expense tracking, and mileage tracking, all of which integrates seamlessly to QuickBooks Online and Pro via either Write Check or Vendor Bill (for reimbursement). It also syncs with QB Time Sheet.

ProOnGo has been up to this point mostly for reimbursable expenses, but we're about a week away from launching QuickBooks Credit Card Register sync, so if your employees used a company card and don't need to be reimbursed, you'd still be covered.

Feel free to shoot me an email at amber@proongo.com if you have any questions or want to know more.

TSheets Add-on

Lori - I've found TSheets Time Tracker to integrate well with QB. It's definitely cut back significantly on the tedious task of manually entering employees hours or having to input the data into several programs.
