How to send e-receipts to customers
I have a situation when using QB Premier 2010-2011 that I need to email customers the pdf version of receipts every 3 months. But it seems that I can only send a batch of emails separately attaching the receipt per transaction by setting customer's "preference method"...Is that possible that I can put all the transaction details of 3 months in one simple pdf receipt and just send one email for all? I know that we can do it by sending email of the report, but can we do that in an automatic way, rather than do it manually? Besides, we do want to show the company's logo and header in the pdf too... ...Your any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sure there must be an add-on that would do this, but not in native QB.
