Bill Payment method

I want to pay a bill in cash but when I go into Pay Bills, the only options I get are cheque, credit card or direct payment. Is there any way to add to this list?

No, it's a silly omission from QB that it is living in the 1980s when it comes to payment methods. You have to think of 'cheque' as meaning any kind of payment from a bank account, and your petty cash tin as a bank. Use the petty cash account and payment type cheque.
