I would like to add a memo or possibly multiple memo fields to an invoice so that I can type in longer messages than the relatively short fields available.
Could someone help me in this area? |

Do you want the memo to appear on the invoice? If you want to write more detail on the invoice you could do the following.
1. Tab to the the next description line without adding another item and continue typing information. 2. Go to the templates and create a new invoice, Tool bar/ Lists / Templates / (at the bottom click template) New / Invoice / (on the template toolbar select Footer/ Long Text Disclaimer (put a tick in the print box. This will give you a larger space at the bottom of the invoice to add a bigger memo. Remember to save this as a new invoice with a different name! If you just want the memo for yourself, the memo field at the bottom of the standard invoices does not actualy display on your printed invoice so you could just keep typing the information and it will scroll over. I hope this helps
