1099 pulling incorrect line items from memorized transactions

i have an monthly memorized transaction (though i'm not sure that's relative, but it is a fact) that is getting used incorrectly on the 1099s.

it has three line items - auto:lease, interest exp, and auto:insurance, in that order.

i have interest exp selected as a 1099 account to use, but neither of the auto: categories are selected.

in qb2008 pro, the interest exp is used under the Box 3 column correctly, but the auto:insurance is getting pulled into the Uncategorized column, even though it's not selected.

i've edited the auto:insurance account, and there's nothing unique about it - it's not assigned to anything tax related.

anybody have anywhere else to check or know how this might get resolved?

You only issue a 1099 to someone who provides services to your business, such as a subcontractor, and who is not incorporated. Auto insurance or interest has nothing to do with issuing a 1099.

unless it's a 1099-int.

i figured it out.

the 1099 summary report "uncategorized" column is for line items that don't meet the 1099 account requirements (like the auth:insurance). they were items paid to that provider that don't fall under 1099 rules.

thanks for the response.
