Remote Access for Quickbooks
I have a small business and I use Quickbooks 2009. I need 5 people to have remote access to the data and I do not use a shared server. I can't switch to Quickbooks Online because of limited functionality. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what service to use or how I can get this done? Thank you for your help.

Remote Access
You might want to consider PC Anywhere. I have used it for years and, if configured correctly, it works very well.

First, you do not need a server. Any computer can be used as a server in a network. I VPN will get you into your computer from off site: however, if you want the five people to be able to add, delete, or change data in Quickbooks, you have to have Multi user
