Smile Are Blanket Orders Possible?

Hello,

I am a bookkeeper for a distributor. We use Quickbooks Premier Accountant edition. I am wondering if it is possible to create blanket Sales Orders--an order that stays open, but creates a purchase order and an invoice for all products on it every two months (or reminds me to create a purchase order and an invoice)? We have customers that order the same products every two months and I would like to use one Sales Order number to create recurring Purchase Orders and Invoices.

Thanks for any help!
Dominique

You could enter a "To Do" note & get QB to "Remind" you on a particular frequency (eg weekly, monthly etc), then create the PO & invoice manually each time

or

You could create a "Sales Order" as usual, then "Memorise" it by clicking on "Edit" along the top toolbar, then click on "Memorise Sales Order". A small window will pop up where you can give this recurring transaction a "Name" & you choose how often it should occur & whether it QB should enter it automatically or "Remind" you ......
