I am trying to import my accountants copy .qby but the "Import Accountants Changes" is not highlighted under File, Acctants Copy, Client Activities.
Do you know what I need to do to get access to this command?

If it's not an option, it sounds like the accountants copy was cancelled and you won't be able to import.

For future reference, you must first create an accountant's copy before 'lending' the file. Be aware that there are restrictions on what you can do while an accountant's copy exists. Do a practice run so you're prepared for next year.

To get out of the soup this time, get your accountant to produce a report of everything he's entered or modified. (Start from Journals Entered/Modified today, modify the report to show all transaction types, entered/modified since you gave him the copy.)
