Exclamation QuickBooks Pro 2006 - all balances reporting as ZERO

Hello! I am sysadmin of a small company (30+) and my QuickBooks users number 4. I do not use the software myself so bare with me. My users are reporting that any reports they try and view show a zero balance. Luckily they have already closed out the month of November so they are not going to kill me just yet if I don't figure out how to correct the problem. Could anyone offer me any suggestions or point me in the right direction? If more information is needed I will do my best to attain it. Thank you so very much in advance for any help you may be able to give!

Kind Regards,
Dan

I verified data, found it to be corrupt. I rebuilt the company file. AP seems to be the only thing that is not functioning correctly. When I get more information on this issue, I will post it and ask if anyone knows how to fix THAT. LOL

If it is the Balance Sheet report they are running, check and see if it is in Cash Basis. Have them run it in Accural mode.
