invoice on screen but not on print?
2007 premier wholesale manufacturing edition
My problems with an item (replacement part) on the sales order that I've zeroed price out. It shows up on the screen when i invoice but when i print / email, it disappears. I still want it to show on an invoice that i shipped that item, even if I'm not charging for that item. Ive checked the custom field but cant find anything to show and print this line. The only other thing I think i could do is create a credit memo for the replacement items, bill them for the replacement items then on the same invoice apply that credit back. It just seems like allot of work to get this to show on a invoice that something was shipped. Any help be greatly appreciated thanks JP |

Check Preferences - Sales and Customers - Company tab. You may have the box checked about not printing items with zero amounts.
