Third party payroll software

I am looking for third party payroll software that you can change rates, wage limits, federal withholding tables, etc. yourself and not have to purchase payroll updates. The software also needs to integrate with QuickBooks. Is there any such software? Thanks

If you find it will you let me know? I am really upset with the prices QuickBooks is charging for the tax table updates & tired of giving them more $ every year.
I found something @ OfficeMax.com in the search put in quickbooks payroll. I am checking with my accountant to see what they think of this program.

I use PayCycle for my own payroll and quite a few clients and love it. It's a web-based program and integrates nicely with QuickBooks and many other programs. It's a great option.

This solution creates a .iif file for general ledger updates with a single selection radio button

I have a 3rd party payroll solution that creates a .iif file to update QB GL and eliminates the need to manage tax tables, etc.
