please help

I am doing a batch emailing and I need to do a genertic cover email. I know how to set up the e-mail but I don't know how to attach it to all of the invoices in one easy step. Does anyone know how to do this. I have over 300 invoices to send.

Thank you much, Bev

If you have gone into Preferences and changed the cover letter to default to what you want, it should be the same, and go through, with each email.

I went to preferences and changed my cover letter but how do you get it to default? The prior person who is no longer here has a default message in there and I can't get it to change.
