Urgent Issue with Online Time Tracking

Our Consulting Firm moved over to Online Time Tracker last month.

In this case, we are simply looking to download the data we have entered into Online Time Tracking - specifically, we need to export the employeee, customer, service, time, and details that were entered.

We assumed this would be an obvious feature and I cannot impress upon Quickbooks how critical it is that we are able to do this. Many other loyal customers are having this issue without any solutions posted.
