WEb Based Time Tracking

I am looking for a Web based time tracking application which integrates with QB Pro or QB Online.

I would like my consultants to enter there time and expenses to a web site. Download then approve or approve then download time & Exp to QB.

An Invoicing module would be great too. I would like to give my clients a means to check there billing status at all time.

Am I asking to much?

TSheets a perfect solution

Why not have your cake and eat it too, Fmarra?! I've found that TSheets (http://www.tsheets.com) integrates very well with QuickBooks but also links to several options for invoicing (i.e Freshbooks) and exports well into several options for payroll (i.e. ADP). Worth a test drive - good luck!

Online TimeSheet

We have been using TimeLedger for awhile now and they basically will make their program work for you and change it to your needs. They are extremely helpful and we have never lost our data with them.

Replicon Time tracking software

I've been using Replicon for a while now and I'm very happy with it. It is a web based time tracking application which integrates with QuickBooks. Is also has the invoicing module where timekeeper can generate customer invoices, employee paychecks and expense reimbursements automatically. http://bit.ly/QBTimeTracker
