Please help! Trouble downloading from Etrade!

Quickbooks website says that E*trade is supported for online downloads. However, E*Trade is not listed in the list of Financial institutions in quickbooks when I go to enable the account for online access. How can I set up my quickbooks to direct download with E*trade banking? Is anyone else downloading from E*Trade into quickbooks? HELP!
