Downloading info from Credit Union

I am trying to download transactions from a credit union account that is used by a small biz owner as his business account. I want to download into QuickBooks.

There are at least a couple of problems:

1. When I go to set-up on-line banking, the credit union is not listed as a provider. How do I set this up?

2. The file formats provided are:

Quicken Webconnect
Quicken QIF
Microsoft Money Active Stmt
Microsoft Money OFX
Fixed Length Check
Comma Separated
Tab Separated
Which format should I use?

The banks listed on your Set up Online Banking List are the banks that will actually work with the QuickBooks program. Not all banks (or credit unions) are compatible.
