Retained Earnings

I want to go back and look at reports of accounts from 2005 and when I do I get a retained earnings with the a balance. How do I get the 2005 information instead of "retained earnings"?

You can change the date range of the report to only include 2005 dates. If you let it spill over to include 2006 dates all 2005 amounts will be in retained earnings.

You are welcome. I stumbled onto this when I made a mistake on a date range. Just shows, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.
