Calling Up Customers Using Custom Fields
We have added several custom fields to our invoices. Is there a way to call up invoices by field?

I am trying to do this as well. I need to know if customers have received product or not even if they have paid.
If I have 10 customers that order the same product 5 paid 5 did not yet and only 3 have received there parts. I neee to be able to find out who still needs there product without going through each invoice in the list of 100 invoices to find them. Is it posible to add them to a separate list? It would be easy to find certian invoices without going through them all. Nate |

I was finally able to find a way to call up the invoices I needed. Maybe it will help you. I modified one of the customer reports provided by QB. Under modify report, display tab, I deleted the columns I didn't need, and clicked on the custom field I required. Then under the filter tab I clicked the custom field and entered the specific information I was looking for. Hope this is helpful.

For the really stubborn reports that just can't be generated in QB's the way we need them, take a look at a 3rd party tool from Flexquarters.....http://www.qodbc.com/qreportgrabber.htm It's called the QReportGrabber and its amazing!
