Email invoice form?
QB Pro 2006, Is it possible to include web links in the invoice email message? Also is it possible to create a new default form for past due invoices?
I tried copying a web address into the email, but when I sent it to myself it was not link. I'm trying to create a direct Paypal link for payment. |

We include a link for customer feedback in our email transmittal but it does not appear as a hot link so the customer has to copy and paste. I have not been able to find a way round this.
Would be useful to be able to do this. We use QBPro 2005 Len |

If you poke around on the PayPal site, there is a way to add PayPal links to QuickBooks invoices. It's a small downloadable file that puts a PayPal icon on your QuickBooks toolbar. Hitting that will put a link on the invoice itself.
I hope this helps!

What I have done to get around this problem since QB's email program works halfway at best is I save the invoice to a pdf file and then send it through my email service. the "link" under website is now a link. You do have to customize your invoice to include the website though.
