Question Replicating a company

Hi,
I am running QB 2003. I need to start a new company using all the old companies data EXCEPT the item list. I have outstanding bills and invoices that need to be carried over as well as customer and vendor list.
Any ideas?

Within Quickbooks you only have 2 choices. You can export the lists you want to use from your old company and import them into the new...without the data. or you can use your entire data file. I think you want to do something in the middle of the two choices. There are 3rd party software products that should be able to help you. Hang aroud here and I'm sure someone has a product that will help.
