Hi All,
I'm working in a PC environment on QBP 2001. I'm trying to create an invoice from the Time Tracking - weekly timesheet. i've entered a specific job on several lines, with different service items. For instance, on one line i have SmithEnterprises:ad for time magazine, and the service item is "design". The next line is SmithEnterprises:ad for time magazine, and the service item is "photo manipulation. I chose "customer\create invoices" and then chose the Time/Costs button. in the pop up window, I chose the "time" tab. in that job, there is only one item listed - so i cannot bill for "photo manipulation". I've made sure that all the service items have costs associated with them. for some reason, I can't get the other lines to show. Any ideas? I'm a new user. Thank you for your help. Laurel |

Let start from Employee Navigator:
Open "Weekly Time Sheet" Enter -Date range 1st, then enter "Name" (Employee, sub-contractor, or other), -Then continue with customer job, service and the hours per day to be charged in that week. Save and go to invoicing, start with customer's invoice started, click on time/cost, click on the "time" tab and check those items you wish to invoice. This should work, it works on my QB2000 and 2002. Let me know if you still have problems. Sidney PS Check if "Time Tracking" is "on" in your preferences in Edit/Preferences OOPS - Saved and sent halfway without realising...
