Unhappy can not reconcile - page cut off

Hi All,

I've been using QBO for the past 18 months without much issue. This month, when I try to reconcilemy account, the page does not show all my transactions - see attached photo. I've called tech support, searched support groups, tried zooming out, I have also looked at the page from 3 different computers.

Any ideas? I'm at wits end.
