Question Sharing Memorized Templates

I am using Enterprise 15 Desktop.

I have created a bunch of templates for when I create repetitive Estimates and PO's. Is there any way to share those templates with another user? I don't want to have to recreate them on another machine.

Thank you

Tina M

Memorized reports automatically become accessible by other QB users within your company. Those other users only need to know where you saved it. Inform them not to change your settings and re-save, unless they wish to create their own special layout.

The "share" feature, from my understanding, enables you to share to the QB user community outside of your company. No idea how that works.

Froid,

Thank you for your assistance. Are memorized reports stored differently than memorized transactions? I know how to share a report but I need to share the transactions.

Thx

My reference is only to memorized reports. Now if you memorize each report with a different name with your set parameters (e.g. transaction dates for Feb as reportname02-2017, transaction dates for Mar as reportname03-2017, and so on), when another user opens each report those parameters will stay as you saved it.

Guess I'm not much help, if you've got something else in mind.

I believe that relates to journal entries, only.
One of the more experienced forum members will probably jump into your topic come morning. They got an answer for everything!

I believe that it will depend on the users permission levels. If the user can do the type of transaction that you are saving then they should be able to see the memorized transaction and use it.
