Foreign currency sales invoice print issue

I'm using QB Pro 2006 and have just turned on multi-currency so that we can invoice US customers in dollars. The problem I have is when I print a sales invoice - it shows the correct USD total, but with the equivalent GBP VAT and Total labels/figures printed over the top of the USD total.

When I look at the invoice template in layout design view the GBP elements do not appear. Any ideas how I can stop the GBP labels/figures printing? At present I have to print each USD invoice to PDF and then remove the offending elements manually using a PDF editor program. That's all a bit of a pain, to put it mildly!
