How to do a refund

I do FBA (Fufillment by Amazon) through Amazon. I send product, create a sales order in QB. When I recieve an Amazon Statement with the products that Amazon sent to customers, I create an Invoice, and then click on "recieve payment" and apply a discount to each sale (discount is the amount of money that Amazon keeps from the sale.) Once that is done I do a deposit.

Now I have my first refund from an FBA order. This refund is on the same statement with other FBA sales. Someone suggested for the refund I click on "Refunds & Credit" and this is where I will find a credit memo. I am confused and am hoping someone can give me the steps. Here are the details of the refund:

Product charge to Buyer was originally 24.99 (on an earlier Amazon statement)
Product Refund to Buyer is 24.99
Referral Fee on Item Price: 3.75
Refeund Admin Fee: -.75
Change to my seller account balance is -21.99

How do I enter this refund?? what are the specific steps? I have QB Premier (Desktop) retail edition 2015.

Thank you so much

I do not understand how this works with amazon, nor the numbers you list, as I understand it

the customer gets 24.99

but amazon only take out 21.99 from your account?

Orignially, when Amazon sold this product, the original Referral Fee to Amazon cost us was -$3.75.
Now, Amazon is returning the referral fee of $3.75, but charging us -$.75 (which is a refund admin fee)

Typically with any Amazon FBA fees, I just lump them all together and call them FBA FEES. But I just don't understand how to do a refund.

Thank you,

I would just enter a refund check and use your sales income refund account for the amount of 21.99
