Cannot Make Customer Inactive- Unbilled Charges

Good evening

I have a customer that I wish to make active because he died. I cannot make this particular customer inactive as I get a message to the effect that there are unbilled charges still applying. There have not been any charges raised, the customer is fully paid up his account.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Create a new invoice for the customer and see if QBO puts up any billable charges
being paid in full or not really does not affect billable charges

I did as you suggested, but I couldn't find any extra charges.

I did, however, unapplied all payments paid to his invoices, and reapplied them one by one. Whatever the problem was, it resolved itself and all is now well
