Remote Access

We currently have 3 users on QuickBooks Pro and our company file resides on a server.

Our accountant is going to be taking over some of our QuickBooks work and needs to remotely access our company file.

How do we do this?

Thanks.

Set up something like TeamViewer, LogMeIn or Remote Desktop. Set them up as an external accountant and set a schedule on when they can log in and work on it.

I can vouch for Team Viewer
I use it to access my mothers computer several states away and it works excellent

Remote desktop is a bit tricky to get the ports setup correctly and is more of a hassle than Team Viewer

I used LogmeIn a couple years ago until they wanted me to purchase it for the simple personal thing I only do for my mother.
I uninstalled it and went with the free version of team viewer.
