Have you selected the missing columns to be included in the printed report? Click on Customize Report , select Display tab, and then verify which columns are checked to be included in report in the Columns drop-down list. Also you can unselect columns, such as those in your report that have no data. Selected columns will have a check mark; unselected columns will not. For example, you have no data in the Adj and Class columns and they can be unselected for inclusion in your report.

Once you have only the columns selected that you need, you have several options to getting more columns per page:
  • With the report visible on the screen, click on a "diamond" symbol between two column headings and drag the column to fit better. For example, your Debit and Credit columns can be made less wide, and you NUM column can be widened.
  • In the Print menu, select Fit the report to 1 page wide. You can use that same page to make your margins smaller to increase the amount of data per page.
  • Export to Excel and make use of its many printing customization features. Adding the AutoFit Column Width to the Quick Access Tool Bar will speed up the adjustment of column widths.
