My accountant cannot open my file

I have been using QBs since 2002 and the file I have has data from 2013 to present. I had a hacking incident where my file was "kidnapped" and I could get it back by paying a bitcoin ransom. My Accountant had a copy and I was able to restore from that but I chose to move to Apple computers. I was using QBs manufacturing and had to go down a level to QBs mac version. My accountant has not been able to open my file for about a year and he has been doing my taxes by getting the figures off of reports generated by my QBs. We cannot continue like this! QBs data team has "fixed" the corrupted file three times over the past year but it still won't open.
Does anyone know of a data fixing company that they can recommend?? Or any other suggestions?? Many thanks, Rochelle
